Domestic leading amorphous silicon solar cell technology
"Tuori Xinneng" is the largest and most technologically advanced amorphous silicon solar cell manufacturer in China. The output and export of amorphous silicon solar cells ranked first in China for four consecutive years. In 2006, Tuorixin successfully completed the only key project of thin-film battery in the Tenth Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology-"Manufacturing Technology and Industrialization Technology of High-efficiency and Low-cost Amorphous Silicon Solar Cells", and the stable efficiency of amorphous silicon cells produced by independent research and development equipment for the first time in China reached over 5%. Independent research and development of technology and equipment
Almost all solar cell production lines in China are complete sets of equipment and technology imported from abroad. Tuorixin independently develops and manufactures solar cell production equipment, and more than 70% of the production equipment currently used is self-made.
