According to the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the first-level chief clerk and other civil servants below the equivalent rank shall be recruited by public examination, strict inspection, equal competition and merit-based admission. When recruiting civil servants in ethnic autonomous areas in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, appropriate care should be given to ethnic minority applicants in accordance with the law and relevant regulations.
The recruitment of civil servants in directly affiliated institutions shall be organized and implemented by the central competent department of civil servants. The recruitment of civil servants in local organs at all levels shall be organized by the provincial civil servant department, and when necessary, the provincial civil servant department may authorize the municipal civil servant department to organize.
Examination time:
Since 2002, the recruitment time of civil servants in central and state organs has been fixed, with the registration time being 5438+ 10 in mid-June and the examination time being 165438+ 10 in the fourth weekend of June.
The national civil service examination time is decided by the provinces, municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions and organized and implemented. Some areas organize an examination in the first half of each year, and most parts of the country only organize it once a year. The competent departments of civil servants below the provincial level do not organize civil service examinations.
