I. Nature and main tasks
The Senior Consultation Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources is a directly affiliated institution that provides services, suggestions and consultation for the decision-making of the Ministry of Land and Resources. The main tasks are:
1. Investigate and study major issues in the planning, management, protection and rational utilization of land and resources, collect and analyze important information and development trends of land and resources at home and abroad, and put forward opinions and suggestions to the Ministry.

4. Policy and Regulation Advisory Department
Responsible for providing decision-making consultation for land and resources development strategy and major economic policies; Put forward suggestions on formulating laws and regulations on land and resources; Investigate and study the implementation of major policies and laws on land and resources, and put forward feedback opinions and suggestions; To carry out consulting services on laws and regulations and other policies and regulations concerning the development, utilization and management of land resources.
5. Office
