It is reported that in order to fundamentally improve the comprehensive quality of the province's fire-fighting practitioners and hold the "threshold" for the entry of fire-fighting professionals from the source, Yunnan Fire Protection Association has invested in the construction of a fire-fighting professional skill appraisal station. The building area of the appraisal station is 1.800 square meters, and it is equipped with automatic fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system, high-pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system, etc. 15 sets of fire fighting system equipment and complete fire detection equipment. All systems can be used for on-site operation and equipment structure understanding, evaluation and appraisal. The theoretical examination classroom of the appraisal station can be used by 100 people to take the fire theory examination on the computer at the same time, and the examination contents are randomly selected from the question bank to realize real-time scoring by the computer. In addition to the hardware facilities, the appraisal station is also equipped with management personnel and appraisers, and has carried out strict training to ensure that all the work of fire professional skill appraisal is carried out in a solid manner.

First, do a good job in enrollment promotion. Labor and social security departments at all levels and technical schools should seize the opportunity to implement the spirit of the commendation meeting for high-skilled talents in the province, make full use of radio, television, newspapers, internet and other media, vigorously publicize the importance of vocational training and technical education, publicize the outstanding contributions and advanced deeds of outstanding skilled talents and high-quality workers, carry forward the good fashion of "360 lines", and strive to create a good environment conducive to the cultivation of skilled talents.
Second, all technical schools should further raise their awareness, change their concepts, implement strong alliance, school-school alliance, school-enterprise alliance, professional alliance and combination of production and education, establish the school-running concept of "export drives imports, employment determines enrollment", improve their level, expand the scale of running schools, become bigger and stronger, and strengthen their market awareness, brand awareness and service awareness.
The third is to give full play to the traditional advantages of technical schools in cultivating skilled talents and innovate the school-running model. Strengthen the employment-oriented direction of running a school, adjust the curriculum, update the teaching content, enhance professional adaptability, strengthen skills training, highlight advantages and build a brand of skilled employment in combination with regional industrial development, technological progress and employment market demand.
Four, technical schools to recruit enterprise employees, retired soldiers, laid-off workers, unemployed people, "college students" and other social labor force to carry out technical school education or vocational qualification training, in accordance with the national vocational qualification standards to carry out teaching activities, technical school education classes should focus on cultivating compound technical and technical personnel needed for production and operation, improve job skills and knowledge transfer of new technologies and new processes. Vocational qualification training should focus on strengthening workers' entrepreneurial awareness, improving entrepreneurial ability, and highlighting the practicality and effectiveness of vocational skills training.
Vocational qualification training for laid-off workers, unemployed people, "returning college students" and other social labor forces should be arranged in accordance with the teaching time and teaching content stipulated by the state's junior, middle and senior vocational qualification training regulations and ministries and agencies. The vocational qualification training plan shall be submitted to the relevant departments of ministries and agencies for filing 10 days before each batch of classes starts. After the training, those who pass the vocational skill appraisal will be awarded the corresponding vocational qualification certificate.
Five, the state and municipal labor and social security bureaus shall submit the admission approval form to the provincial training and employment office for the record before 10/0, and the technical school shall submit the new roster to the provincial training and employment office for review before 10/0.
Adhere to the management system of "graduation certificate" and "vocational qualification certificate" in technical schools.
