4. If the aviation change certification materials are needed, the agent will contact the user actively and send an operation message, and the user can follow the instructions of the message. If you don't need the information of airline change, skip this step (at this stage, it may show that the agent refused to refund the ticket and changed the order status to ticketing completion, which is an illegal operation that does not meet our requirements, so please contact us in time);
