One is about the company itself.
She is a small and medium-sized enterprise, and a new enterprise that only got a business license a few days ago. Now she can't get out. However, the present situation has nothing to do with the future fate. What's terrible is what our eyes are looking at. Our company has been paying attention to the construction of corporate culture since its birth. Why? Because corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise and the driving force of development. Nowadays, it is no longer the hard power of material conditions that determines the fate of enterprises, but the soft power based on corporate culture, because this era is no longer an era of material shortage, but an era of rapid development, and any opportunity can bring us glory. But the question is, do we have such keen judgment and bold execution, which will rise to the level of corporate culture tradition? Su 'ao Company has taken a different development path. First, the starting point is different. Most enterprises do not have a relatively complete corporate culture system in the early stage, even if they reach a certain scale. It was not until the internal driving force of the enterprise was insufficient that the importance of corporate culture was realized. We Suao people dare to innovate and break the rules. We not only put cultural construction before economic construction, but also use culture to stimulate potential and transform it into productive forces. I want to ask why so many enterprises are afraid to do it after the concept of "corporate culture" is put forward. I want to put forward two explanations here. First, there is no successful enterprise with cultural construction as a precedent. They are afraid that the Suao people not only dare to do so, but also are determined to make it bigger and stronger and set an example! Secondly, the international economy has fluctuated and the situation is unstable in recent years, so real estate is the most profitable in this period because it is the most realistic. But what I want to say is, what's wrong with economic instability? I think it is culture. In the late last century, many enterprises developed rapidly, which is actually inevitable. There are many factors, such as the breakthrough of science and technology promoting the development of the tertiary industry, and the great change of political structure bringing about changes in enterprises. Why does it take the lead and have such abundant capital? After more than ten years of development, there has been stagnation or even retrogression. Because the times are changing and people's ideas are changing, those enterprises are afraid of things and cannot reform the system in time until it is irreversible. Therefore, our company set out to develop culture in order to solve this chronic disease.
The second point of the company's unusual development path is different from its foothold. The company adopts network management mode. There are really many tourists in Slender West Lake. Dad waited in line for a long time and took us into the park with tickets. The scenery of Slender West Lake is really beautiful, and its ancient courtyard atmosphere can be seen everywhere. A family of three wandered around the lake, and a whole breeze blew from the lake to us from time to time. It feels so comfortable! ! The sweet-scented osmanthus in the circle flows with the wind. After the traffic during the day, Yangzhou has a little more lights and tranquility at night. Standing on the roof and looking around, you can see all the lights. Thousands of lights illuminate the sky like a black cloth, which makes people think ... the night has passed and the day has come. Sunlight shining into the room tells us that a new day has begun.

As the saying goes, "paradise on earth is Hangzhou", and Yangzhou has the reputation of a holy land on earth. Not long ago, I was lucky enough to participate in the activities of the Slender West Lake in Yangzhou as a small reporter. After five hours of "sightseeing in the car", we finally came to Yangzhou.
Standing in front of Slender West Lake, the first thing that catches our eye is the gate of Slender West Lake with classical charm: antique wooden doors, exquisite carvings and rich inscriptions, all of which make us feel the unique charm of ancient culture.
We crowded into Slender West Lake Park with others and went sightseeing along the long embankment. The willows on the shore are green, three steps and one peach, five steps and one willow, and the peaches and willows are scattered into stars. At the end of Long Beach, we visited the beautiful Xu Garden and came to the famous bridge in ancient and modern times. There are five pavilions on the bridge and three piers under it.
