According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Eight Basic Requirements for College Entrance Examination Management, Notice of the General Office of Shandong Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Pilot Program of Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of College Entrance Examination in Shandong Province, and Implementation Plan of College Entrance Examination in Shandong Province in 2020, and in combination with the specific situation of college enrollment, these Articles of Association are formulated.
Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the higher vocational enrollment of Shandong Institute of Information Technology.
Article 2 The principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency shall be implemented in the enrollment of colleges, and comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and selection shall be conducted for freshmen.

On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of candidates' morality, intelligence and physique, college enrollment is open, fair, just and merit-based.

When enrolling students and arranging majors, the school gives priority to candidates with high foreign language listening scores in the "High School Proficiency Test" under the same conditions.
5. For some vacant majors, the admission is adjusted according to the candidates' scores and volunteers. Those who fail to meet the professional wishes and do not obey the professional adjustment will be expelled from the college.

Limitation on the ratio of male to female: Only summer college entrance examination candidates are admitted to the orientation training of noncommissioned officers, and the number of male and female students is determined according to the number of technical arms. Article 17 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the superior, the policies of the superior shall prevail. Matters not covered in this contract shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the superior.
