Why is Apple's face recognition suddenly unavailable?

Turn on your phone and click Settings. Open the face ID and password in the settings interface. The interface that opens selects Reset face ID. The new face ID is still not available, so you can restart your phone. If it is a setting problem, you can turn on General.

Check whether the device is soaked or bumped: If your phone has been accidentally soaked or dropped recently, check whether the face ID is unusable. Don't take relevant measures on your own. It is recommended to send it to the official after-sales service as soon as possible.
