Get the application form:
Residents hold their ID cards and household registration books to the local entry-exit administration authorities to receive the Pass for China Citizens to Travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao, and state staff members are required to give their opinions.

Fill in the application form:
The application form should be filled in with blue-black or black pen.
The application form shall include name, ID number, home address, application type, application reason, etc.
The ID card must be filled with 18 digits.
Copy ID card and household registration book and take photos:
After completing the application form, the applicant should paste a copy of his ID card and personal information of the household registration book on the back of the application form. The applicant posted a recent bareheaded half-length photo with a white front and a smooth front on the application form, with the photo size of 48× 33mm. There is a photo service point in the service hall.
Payment:
According to the type of endorsement I choose, the applicant should pay the personal travel document fee and endorsement fee in the service hall under the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau or China Construction Bank.
Charge standard:
Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao 100 yuan per pass.
A valid endorsement of each card 20 yuan.
Two valid endorsements per card in 40 yuan.
The validity period is 1 year and below, and each card is effectively endorsed for multiple times 100 yuan.
The validity period is 1 year to 2 years (inclusive), and each card 150 yuan is valid for multiple endorsements.
Valid for 2-3 years (excluding), valid endorsement for multiple times every 200 yuan.
The validity period is more than 3 years (inclusive), and each card is effectively endorsed by 300 yuan for many times.
It varies slightly from place to place, subject to the announcement of the local exit-entry administration.
Submit information to employees:
The applicant should present the payment invoice, fill in the complete application form, the original and photocopy of the ID card household registration book at the service desk, and answer the relevant inquiries of the police.
After completing the application procedure, the police will give you a receipt with a work phone number on it.
Evidence collection:
According to the regulations, the pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao will be completed within 10 working days from the date of acceptance. While waiting for the permit, the applicant can call the consultation number on the receipt to check the progress of the permit.
Scope of application:
Meet the following conditions stipulated in Article 2 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Passport Approval and Issuance, and you can apply for a Hong Kong and Macao Pass and endorsement.
Visiting relatives:
Mainland residents need to visit relatives in Hong Kong or Macao under any of the following circumstances:
Relatives are permanent residents or non-permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao.
Residents who travel to Hong Kong or Macao individually (hereinafter referred to as "individual tours") may visit their relatives: spouses, parents and children.
Permanent residents in areas that do not provide "individual tours" can also visit their grandparents, grandchildren, brothers and sisters, uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces.
Mainland residents who meet the above conditions, their spouses and children under the age of 16 may apply to visit relatives in Hong Kong or Macao.
2. Relatives are staff members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong (the Office of the Commissioner of the Macao Special Administrative Region), the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong (the Macao Special Administrative Region) or the troops of the China People's Liberation Army in Hong Kong (the Macao Special Administrative Region).
Business:
Mainland residents traveling between Hong Kong and Macao on business have one of the following circumstances:
Mainland residents working in mainland enterprises or other units shall be sent to Hong Kong or Macao by their units to engage in business activities.
Enterprises refer to all kinds of enterprises and their branches and resident representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises registered in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce with independent legal personality.
Other units refer to: institutions registered with the competent state departments and registered with the tax authorities; Foreign (regional) news agencies in China; Representative offices of embassies and consulates in China and foreign countries (regions); Representative offices of international organizations in China; Law firms, private schools and private hospitals.
Individual industrial and commercial households go to Hong Kong or Macao to engage in business activities.
Driving special vehicles to and from the mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
Team travel:
Mainland residents travel to Hong Kong or Macao by participating in tour groups organized by designated travel agencies.
Personal travel:
Individuals who are permanent residents in areas where individual travel is allowed to travel to Hong Kong or Macao.
Short stay:
Mainland residents who are under any of the following circumstances may live in Hong Kong or Macao for a short period with the approval of the relevant departments of Hong Kong or Macao:
Go to Hong Kong to study, work, train, work or rely on relatives with an entry permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
People who have been admitted by the University of Macau to study in Macau.
Working in Macao with the approval of the Macao Public Security Police and accompanied by relatives.
With the approval of Macao's social and cultural departments, he went to work in Macao's science and technology, education, culture and health departments.
Others: Under any of the following circumstances, you need to travel to or from Hong Kong or Macao:
Mainland residents really need to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao for medical treatment, funeral service, participation in lawsuits, examinations, personal academic exchanges and exhibitions.
China citizens who have settled abroad need to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao after coming to the mainland.
Mainland residents holding short-term residence endorsement passes need to travel to and from Hong Kong after entering Macao.

Exit-entry administration department of public security organs
The head of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security announced that since April, 2006, the "Regulations on the Administration of Acceptance, Approval and Issuance of Travel Passes and Endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao" will be implemented, and the measures of short-term travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao 10 will be introduced simultaneously.
The person in charge of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security introduced that in order to adapt to the development of personnel exchanges between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, the Regulations on the Administration of Acceptance, Approval and Issuance of Passes and Endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao were formulated, and 10 measures were introduced to facilitate the people and benefit the people:
Add group travel endorsements, individual travel endorsements and other endorsements for 1 year and 1 year, so that applicants can freely choose their travel time within 1 year.
The time limit for the entry-exit administration department of the public security organ to reply to the application of mainland residents to operate labor services in Hong Kong and Macao has been shortened from the current 20 days to 10 working day.
Cancel the requirement that mainland residents need to make a newspaper statement when they re-apply for their lost Hong Kong and Macao Pass, and applicants can only submit a statement of loss reporting.
Increase the conditions for mainland residents to apply for going to Hong Kong and Macao. Mainland residents who apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as attending funerals, and those who study or work in Macao may apply for going to Hong Kong.
Mainland residents who leave Shenzhen or Zhuhai port with Hong Kong and Macao Pass may apply to Shenzhen or Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau for renewal of the same endorsement if they find that the endorsement information on the certificate is wrong.
Mainland residents who have lost or damaged their passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao can apply to the Shenzhen or Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau for entry-exit passes to return to the Mainland through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macau.
Mainland residents and their relatives who have studied, employed or trained in Hong Kong and Macao may apply for a travel permit and stay endorsement again to the acceptance or approval department of stay endorsement when returning to the Mainland. Applicants who urgently need to return to Hong Kong or Macao due to special circumstances may also apply to the Entry-Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau for an entry-exit permit to return to Shenzhen or Zhuhai.
Mainland residents studying, working and training in Hong Kong and Macao and their relatives, whose travel permits and stay endorsements are lost or invalid during their stay in Hong Kong and Macao, can apply to the Shenzhen or Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau for travel permits and stay endorsements through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macao.
Mainland residents who hold the same travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and apply for endorsement again in the same acceptance department for the same reason may apply on their behalf (excluding applications for business endorsement in different places).
The applicant is under the age of 16 or has reached the age of 60, and the client can apply on his behalf.
The person in charge stressed that with the simplification and facilitation of the application procedures for mainland residents to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao, some mainland residents took the opportunity to engage in illegal activities in Hong Kong and Macao, which affected the social stability in Hong Kong and Macao. In this regard, the exit and entry administration departments of mainland public security organs have strengthened close cooperation with relevant departments in Hong Kong and Macao to prevent mainland residents from engaging in illegal activities in Hong Kong and Macao.
