In twenty years, the hospital has been transformed! I still remember that when I was a child, I used to play in the old Chinese fir home. Narrow courtyards, dilapidated houses and extremely inconvenient transportation. Now the hospital is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with convenient transportation, complete facilities and beautiful activity area, which is a good environment for mental patients to recover and recuperate. Staff dormitories have also been built next to the hospital, and the hospital has also set up trade unions to make employees truly feel that the hospital is their home. Last year, a new drug rehabilitation ward and a special psychiatric ward were built, all of which were built according to standard rooms, and each ward was equipped with air conditioning, TV and toilet. The outpatient department and inpatient department have also been newly renovated, and computers and closed-circuit television monitoring and management have been adopted to ensure the safety of inpatients. All this not only provides a more comfortable, clean and beautiful medical environment for patients, but also provides a good working environment for medical staff.
In the past twenty years, leaders have changed. What has not changed is the responsibility and care for hospitals and patients. The current hospital leaders are young and promising, open-minded, conscientious and tireless for the development of the hospital. The improvement of hospital environment is the result of the coordination of hospital leaders. As the saying goes, high-quality professionals are the foundation for the survival and development of hospitals. Last year, several newly graduated medical students were introduced, which injected new vitality into the team of doctors. This year, the hospital also plans to send them to higher-level hospitals for further study, constantly improve their business skills and improve the medical level of the hospital. Because mental patients are a special group of "three-point treatment and seven-point care", the nursing department organizes nurses who have the most contact with patients twice a month to carry out business study and skill training, constantly improve our nursing level and strive to build a learning hospital that keeps pace with the times. Some time ago, in order to know how to improve the patients' food, the dean and the secretary personally went to the canteen to have a pot of rice with the patients, which truly reflected the purpose and concept of hospital leaders taking patients as the center, treating patients as friends, caring for patients and caring for them.
In the past 20 years, medical staff have always served patients wholeheartedly. Before joining this big family, I was a nurse in a township hospital. At that time, I was facing all patients who were familiar with physical problems. But here, I am facing a group of patients with psychological problems. Although I understand that nursing is an art, it requires a lot of psychological preparation to engage in this art, but for me who has never been in contact with mental patients, it is somewhat psychological burden. After I came to the hospital, I tried to adjust my state and kept learning from my old colleagues. Here, I realized that angels in white's job is not only to have a pair of busy hands, but also to face every patient with heart, affection, love and smile. The image of "angels in white" should be reflected by heart. If communication is a clear spring, then language is a broad river, which can make the springs converge and exert greater power; If love is a canoe, then action is a breeze, which can transport boats between people to a quiet harbor. Mental patients are a special group. People often don't care and love them because they are sick, but discriminate and laugh at them. As the saying goes, "there is not much touching spring scenery, only a little charm." As a nurse who has the most contact with mental patients and a new employee, I can only win the trust of patients and their families with more love, patience and care. Only with an inclusive and people-oriented mind can I embody my charm as a medical staff.
Bloom has spent several times in cold and hot weather, and 20 years have gone by in a flash. Full moon, ebb and flow, twenty years' course, cycle after cycle.
