Article 3 The College shall set up a leading group for enrollment, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in Fuzhou Huaying Vocational College. Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission Rules
Article 6 The enrollment plan is mainly oriented to the development of industry-related professional fields in the whole province or region, and to cultivate talents who are in urgent need of technical skills. Article 7 There are no restrictions on the sex ratio of enrollment and foreign language requirements, but the college requires candidates to pass the ideological and political moral examination.

Chapter IV Scholarship Measures

Article 14 According to the regulations of the state, students with excellent academic performance will be funded by the scholarship system of "National Scholarship" of 8,000 yuan per person per year, "National Inspirational Scholarship" of 5,000 yuan per person per year and "National Scholarship" of 2,500-4,000 yuan per person per year.
