First, the recruitment principle
According to the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions and the principles of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based", we will select the best candidates through social orientation, open registration, unified examination and comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique.

Third, the recruitment process
(1) Registration
1. Registration time is 2011August 3-7.
2. Registration method: online registration. Registration website: Yunnan Talent Network announced. )
(3) Qualification examination
10. After the initial examination, the candidates who participated in the second examination will determine the qualification examiners according to the order of the initial examination results from high to low and the ratio of the number of candidates to be recruited to the number of re-examination 1:3.
1 1. The Recruitment Office of Yunnan Radio and Television Bureau shall specify the specific time and place for the qualification review of the applicant's registration information 2 weeks before the second interview 1.
Qualification examination is to examine whether the certification materials held by the applicants are consistent with the online registration information.
Applicants must take the online printed confirmation form, my ID card, the original diploma (including degree certificate) and other materials required for job conditions to participate in the qualification review. If the certification materials are inconsistent with the online registration information or the relevant certification materials cannot be produced, the re-examination qualification will be cancelled, and the re-examination personnel who are vacant for this position will be replenished in the order from high score to low score according to the initial test results.
After the qualification re-examination, the list of re-examination personnel, together with the re-examination and follow-up work arrangements, will be publicized on the Internet.
(4) Second interview
12. The second interview is organized and implemented by the employing unit affiliated to Yunnan Radio, Film and Television Bureau. It mainly tests the professional skills and practical ability of candidates, and the examination form is determined according to the characteristics of different positions.
13. The re-examination employer will send experts according to the recruitment position to test the actual working ability of the applicant according to the job requirements. There are not less than 5 re-examination experts in each post category.
14. The re-examination is scored with a percentage system, and 50% of the re-examination results are included in the total score. During the re-examination, experts scored the candidates' professional skills and practical ability tests, and the re-examination results were average.
15. In the process of re-examination, experts should evaluate candidates fairly and give reasonable re-examination results.
16. The second interview is generally conducted in a unified place, and the recruitment leading group office should be informed in advance.
17. The second interview is supervised and managed by the recruitment leading group and its office.
(5) Employment
18. After the second interview, calculate the total score according to the weight of 50% of the initial test score and 50% of the second interview score, and then determine the list of candidates for this position in the order from high score to low score.
19. Candidates who apply for the positions of broadcast reporter (post code: 003), broadcast news director (post code: 004) and network reporter (post code: 005) of Yunnan People's Broadcasting Station, after re-examination, calculate the total score according to 50% of the initial test results and 50% of the re-examination results, and determine the minimum admission control score for the total score.
Candidates who apply for the positions of announcer (post code: 006), host (post code: 007) and Dai language announcer (post code: 008) of Yunnan People's Broadcasting Station, after re-examination, will calculate the total score according to the weight of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score. The minimum admission control score is 60 points, which meets or exceeds the minimum admission control.
If the total score of applicants for the above positions does not reach the minimum admission control score, the position will be cancelled or the number of recruits for the position will be reduced accordingly.
20. The personnel to be hired shall be arranged by Yunnan Radio and Television Bureau for medical examination. The medical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the national civil service medical examination standard, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by itself. Those who fail to attend the medical examination on time or fail to pass the medical examination are deemed to have given up automatically, and the vacant positions are admitted in turn according to high scores.
2 1. political review: according to the regulations of our bureau, examine the candidates' political and ideological performances and other realistic performances, and seek the opinions of the candidates' communities, police stations, schools or their parents' units by consulting their personal files and letters. Those who fail the political examination will not be hired, and the vacant positions will be admitted in turn according to high scores.
22. Publicity: Those who pass the medical examination and political examination will be publicized on the portal website of Yunnan Radio and Television Bureau for 7 days.
23. According to the regulations of Yun Ren [2004] No.37, Yun Ren [2006] No.5, Yun Ren [2007] No.9 and Yun Ren She Fa [2009] 188, the candidates who have no influence on their employment after publicity shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for approval, and then they shall be issued employment notices and handle relevant matters.

24. Those who apply for the position of announcer and host of Yunnan People's Broadcasting Station will be exempted from registration fee and preliminary examination after online registration, and will directly enter the second interview after passing the qualification examination. 25. In the process of registering for the examination, anyone who commits fraud, false report or cheating will be disqualified from the examination or employment, and will not be allowed to apply for any position in this bureau or this institution within 3 years.
26. After registration, candidates who are unable to take the exam for personal reasons are deemed to have given up automatically, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
27. Applicants should take their ID card and admission ticket to participate in the initial test and retest.
28. Relevant requirements such as preliminary examination, re-examination and employment can be inquired on the portal website of Yunnan Radio and Television Bureau, and this recruitment office will not notify individuals separately. Candidates who fail to attend the required recruitment procedures on time are at their own risk.
29. Candidates' scoring shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the national college entrance examination. I write an application for scoring and submit an admission ticket (or confirmation form) to the recruitment office of Yunnan Radio and Television Bureau, which is responsible for checking and informing.
30. If you apply for the similar post in the state (city) medium wave broadcasting (experimental) station, you can be transferred to the vacant state (city) medium wave broadcasting (experimental) station with my consent; During the reassignment adjustment, those who meet the conditions for reassignment adjustment will be selected according to the order from high score to low score.
