Responsibilities of the talent exchange service center:

4, according to the relevant provisions, responsible for the implementation of talent development, talent introduction, talent training, talent evaluation and other work;

5, according to the relevant provisions of the professional and technical personnel exchange resignation, dismissal and return to work procedures;

6. Provide personnel agency services for employers and all kinds of talents, manage personnel files and personnel relations, and undertake procedures such as salary adjustment for floating personnel files, professional and technical job evaluation and employment, and payment of endowment insurance;

I. Main responsibilities
