Single-school scribing schools take direct enrollment by counterparts, that is, a junior high school counterpart receives all primary school graduates within its jurisdiction. Multi-school scribing schools, first seek admission volunteers, and directly enroll students in junior high schools with fewer applicants than the number of students enrolled; For junior high schools where the number of applicants exceeds the number of enrolled students, students are determined by random allocation. The random allocation work is organized by the district and county education committees, and relevant units and parents' representatives are invited to participate.
