The architectural form is mainly multi-storey, small high-rise board houses with about 12 floors, with a few tower high-rise buildings with about 18 floors; The overall plot ratio is about 1.88. The area of Area A in the first phase of this project is about 6,543.8+200,000 square meters. After receiving the project, the developer requested that the two districts should design and submit for approval together in the overall planning.
"The benevolent Leshan, the wise happy water." From Wang Wei's "Wangchuan Industry" of building houses in natural landscapes in the Tang Dynasty to urban private gardens represented by Suzhou gardens in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, people's love for "landscapes" has been beyond words since ancient times and has been put into their own actions. Landscape not only carries people's life, but also expresses the owner's interest. Nowadays, with the rapid development of modern cities, it seems that the leisure interest of "picking chrysanthemums under the east fence and seeing Nanshan leisurely" is getting farther and farther away from us. People who live in reinforced concrete forests in big cities have feelings for "mountains and water" that are difficult to express in words.
The landscape garden project is a glimpse of people's lingering dreams and caters to the psychological needs of modern people. It attracted a lot of attention as soon as it went online. The name "Landscape Garden" has aroused great repercussions among developers, designers and property buyers. In the first and second phases of the completed projects, the natural undulating green space between houses, the gurgling stream flowing around the whole area in front of each household on the first floor and the winding garden road are far more attractive to people than the material temptation of luxury fine decoration and complete sets of household appliances. Compared with other buildings in the same area, the expensive price of 1000 yuan can't stop buyers. The success of the first and second phases has put a lot of pressure on us. The third phase of Shanshui Wenyuan (Silutong Community) we undertake needs to be improved by ourselves and the developers. And although it is a large community, the geographical location of Sitong Community is not as close to the East Third Ring Road as in the previous two periods, but close to the East Fourth Ring Road. There is a distance of 500 to 600 meters between them. If there is no uniqueness, it is difficult to attract buyers to go further and further. Although, we only do the deepening design of area A of Sitong residential district in advance. However, according to the requirements of the developer, the whole Stone Community needs planning. We put forward a brand-new planning concept, that is, suppressing thirst and protecting purple, suppressing old plants in the north, suppressing brain, suppressing hair, suppressing theft, evaluating hair and evaluating hair. According to the frog pen wall, the stream is gurgling, and the rockery is green. The first and second phases, whether it is the rockery landscape of the central green space or the winding stream landscape, are more a pure landscape language, which is the landscape transformation or beautification design after the building is completed, that is, "the landscape in the building". The concept of "grand landscape" in this issue comes from the unity of architectural design and landscape design, which are closely combined in the whole design, that is, "architecture in landscape"? /P & gt；
The first is to start with the general trend of transforming the terrain. In the overall planning and layout, the terrain will be transformed into a basin with high northeast, low southwest and lowest central. At the bottom of the "basin" is the whole community center, creating an artificial landscape lake of nearly 5,000 square meters. Lake view has become the core of the whole community, and other local landscape designs are carried out under the guidance of this core. The architectural form has also changed because of the lake view: ① The architectural form, enclosure and spatial mode of the pure board building in the original landscape garden design have been changed, and the point tower architectural elements have been added around the lake, providing new open architecture and landscape space; ② Single apartment should consider not only lighting and ventilation, but also the view, especially the influence of landscape view on apartment structure and layout. Of course, the transformation of the terrain is not a simple grandstanding artificial beautification performance. As can be seen from the general plan, the east side of the entire four-way residential area is the East Fourth Ring Expressway; On the north side is Hongyan Road, which is the main city connecting line for the community to go out; An L-shaped urban branch road in the middle separates the whole plot. The whole community is affected by municipal roads too much, and the plot is fragmented; The urgent task is to eliminate municipal interference and improve internal quality. Raising the terrain in the northeast and piling mountains on the isolated green belt in the fourth ring road can effectively block the influence of municipal main roads on the community. The west side of this land is adjacent to the Xiao Taihou River, which is a rare natural landscape. Lowering the terrain can maximize hydrophilicity and strengthen the connection between artificial waterscape and natural water system in the park. After consultation with the municipal engineering, the municipal branch road in the middle of the community will cross the artificial lake in the middle, and the continuous lakes and streams will unify the originally divided A and B plots. Why not adopt such a design idea adapted to local conditions? Water constitutes the focus of the whole landscape engineering. Compared with the previous two issues, this case has an important natural water source-Xiao Taihou River. The artificial stream meandering by every household on the first floor of the park is still a continuation of the previous two water system designs; In the design of this case, a new content-artificial lake has been added. On the one hand, the emergence of artificial lake meets the requirements of earthwork balance mentioned above, on the other hand, it is also an improvement on the waterscape design of the first two periods. In this issue, we made up a story for the waterscape: a water source was built on the top of the mountain that isolated the green belt on the east side; The water meanders down the natural terrain in the park and meets the artificial lake in the middle to form a central waterscape; Finally, it flows downward until it flows into the Xiao Taihou River, forming a complete water system. The pleasure provided by this water system for the owners is not only visual, but also an "intelligent" experience: "Running water does not rot, and households do not hesitate" is a kind of happiness that goes back to the source: "There is flowing water at the source". In this way, the Xiao Taihou River not only becomes the external visual enjoyment of the community, but also becomes a part of the internal landscape of the community.
"People-oriented" design concept
"People-oriented" runs through the whole design. In the overall planning, the periphery is mainly surrounded by relatively closed board buildings, and the interior is decorated with open high-rise buildings around the central landscape lake. It not only reduces the interference of the external environment, but also allows more families to enjoy the inner beauty. The single shape of each building is also different because of its location and orientation. Everything is based on strengthening the combination of architecture and environment to ensure the greatest landscape benefits and the best quality of life of residents. China gardens have been places of people's daily life since ancient times, and they are also expressions of personal interests. Pavilions and pavilions, or looking at the mountains, or by the water, don't have some fun; Mei Zhu Lan Ju, whether elegant or noble, has a completely different meaning. High mountains and flowing water, spring flowers and autumn fruits are the embodiment of "literati complex". Our design should not only create comfort as much as possible, but also provide the carrier of "personal expression" as diversified as possible.
Huxing design abandoned the standardized design concept from the beginning. Interaction with the environment has become the goal of every apartment. First of all, in the whole park, buildings that are close to the central landscape lake and are less disturbed by the outside world are considered to have a larger apartment area and a smaller surrounding area along the road. For each building, it is also treated differently according to its location.
Because of the characteristics of lighting on three sides, the apartment at both ends of the board building is larger than that in the middle. In terms of architectural techniques, corner rooms are designed with corner landscape convex windows; In the room layout, it includes the design of dining room, bathroom and main bathroom landscape sink bathtub. Because the apartment on the first floor is closest to nature, it not only absorbs the advantages of other apartments, but also strengthens the connection with the environment. Drawing lessons from the design techniques of villas, we will provide private gardens for each resident on the first floor and enter the house independently from the gardens. Functional rooms such as swimming pool and living room on the first floor of the building near the central lake explore the lake and create a feeling of house and boat. The residents on the top floor have a spacious roof platform. Because of the daily interval between buildings, the design of terrace is different from the traditional northern retreat. It exists as a private garden for top residents. Therefore, we will set it in the south of the top floor at the expense of building area, and adopt the practice of planting earth roofs to make it have the real significance of hanging gardens.
The architectural modeling design continues the style of the first and second phases, combining modern design elements and life needs with the proportional relationship of the three phases of western classicism. Do not pursue a particular style, but emphasize its own virtual entity; Emphasis on detail design such as waistline, stone, brick texture change and grid; Emphasis is placed on the integration with the environmental landscape, such as the use of hidden apron, air duct protruding from the ground in the lobby, civil air defense exit and other functional structures with simplified design. The word "garden" itself covers the real meaning of the project-garden landscape, garden architecture and garden life. No matter the overall planning, single design, landscape design, physical design and detail design, they all combine and talk to each other around this theme. Therefore, architectural design, landscape design and other aspects are not centered on emphasizing their own characteristics, but complement each other and complement each other.
The space is open and closed, and the scenery is different, which is the charm of the garden; There is no way to doubt the mountains and rivers, and there is another village, which may be some insights into life. Focusing on the theme of "scenery" is actually focusing on the theme of "life". Because we not only rely on the convenience of modern life, but also yearn for the tranquility of natural landscapes. On the one hand, people need modern life and modern appliances, and are impacted by ubiquitous, fast and convenient information; On the other hand, I hope to get peace and joy in life and mind in these complicated conflicts.
Pushing open the doors and windows, the stream gurgles; Fish chase each other in the clear stream; Birds shuttle between trees; Unknown insects such as cicadas are singing in the grass; The children were frolicking on the grass. This kind of life, which only exists in childhood memories and movies and TV plays, is deeply imprinted in our minds.
