It won't open. According to official website's inquiry, Chongqing Shapingba District People's Government, Chongqing Shapingba Xiaolong Makan Daozi is located in Chongqing Shapingba Workers Village. As of March 30, 2023, no news about the demolition of Xiaolong Makandaozi was released.
