First, the fate of my psychological coach.
On February 20 19, I was inadvertently pulled to the online wechat group of the psychological coach of the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences by a stranger. I don't know anyone in it.
I am completely uninterested in WeChat group and refuse to join any WeChat group. I don't know why, but I agreed to join this group.
I have participated in many psychological counseling studies and various coaching trainings. Because the words "Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences" filled me with curiosity. But for the first time, combining the words "psychology" and "coach" adds a layer of curiosity.
Wechat group is not lively. But there are open classes. I followed the open class to participate in the online open class of cooperative parents, and also participated in the online learning of "Psychology Coach Bursting". Didn't leave a deep impression on me. Because of my general understanding, I think the process of this conversation looks very dull and ordinary, and I don't understand the mystery.
I am doing management and training in a foreign company. In this company, he always regards customers and partners as the most important people and respects customers to the extreme. The core concept of this company is "altruism, creating value for others". The company is people-oriented, and employees from top to bottom are practicing the values of the company. I once thought how lucky and happy it is for a person to work and grow up in such a company. In my career of more than ten years, I have always maintained a high degree of enthusiasm for my work and cherished opportunities for learning and growth.
Because I am in training and management, I have been dealing with "people". In the process of my daughter's growth, I have been constantly understanding the relationship between parents and children. I even encouraged many parents around me to be "lifelong learning parents", set up their own parents' school community, and hold online and offline activities regularly, which also influenced many people.
In 2020, the epidemic was serious. I almost stayed at home in the first half of the year, and my heart was much quieter. I followed the online community of Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Sciences to listen to some courses. It didn't interest me much, nor did it feel too special. However, I have heard Professor Shi talk about Yangming's psychology, "the unity of knowledge and practice" and "customer center". I don't know much about it, but somehow I feel that the core concept of psychological coaches in the Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Sciences is very compatible with my internal values, and there is something inexplicable and intangible that attracts me and has been following me.
Secondly, why should I sign up for the study of applied psychological counseling?
I am a curious person, and I want to discover everything new. Because I have been paying attention to the online community of psychological coaches in the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, there are more and more curious places. By chance, I had an hour-long telephone conversation with Mr. Zhu Zhiping.
This telephone exchange made me have a very good impression on the psychological coach. The teacher told me that he was also a student of the teacher's psychological coach. In the process of communication, Mr. Zhu doesn't talk much, his speech speed is not urgent or impetuous, and his voice is beautiful, which makes people want to talk to him very much and at the same time feels an invisible attraction. In today's psychological coach's professional description, he "wants to be a person with magic words like him". I'm thinking, if all the students in the psychological coach of the Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Sciences are so comfortable and like it, it's really worth signing up for study.
During the epidemic, the Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Sciences launched an online "orange companion dialogue", which was free for customers who needed psychological support during the epidemic. I signed up and made an appointment with Mr Cui.
Our appointment time is 10 in the afternoon, one hour. Teacher Cui has a firm attitude, soft tone, elegance and warmth. As soon as he spoke, he attracted me deeply. We talked for an hour, and we had less than two hours. The whole communication process was hearty and relaxed, and I didn't feel any pressure.
At this time, my curiosity is getting heavier and heavier. Cui, two young "male" teachers, have accurate language expression and can feel their profound foundation. They have experienced "training" or "cultivation" If they all represent "psychological coaches of the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences", wouldn't all the students who have studied through the team of psychological coaches be like this? At the very least, this is the unique "taste" of "psychological coach". Then, this "psychological coach" is really worth studying.
I also want to be a gentle and energetic person like them when others are close to me. Opening your mouth can give people strength, hope, warmth and self-confidence.
When the WeChat group sent out the message that "Coach in Applied Psychology" began to enroll students, I signed up directly.
Third, learn the feelings of psychological coaches.
The course of applied psychology coach includes "26 lectures online" and three days of intensive training offline. Because of the epidemic, offline training has been delayed. The more I listen to the 26 lectures on the Internet, the more interesting I feel. The more I listen to it, the more I feel that there is great wisdom behind the seemingly ordinary and plain.
Teacher Shi's course is very academic and more explosive. Explain profound academic theories in simple terms. What I heard in the WeChat group is really different from what I officially participated in. When I heard the core idea in the coach's mind, I felt that this was what I wanted, what I had been looking for and what I had been pursuing for so many years.
I think the values advocated by the concept of psychological coach, as well as the core academic background and the essence of the concept of psychological coach, are completely in line with my internal values. Meeting a psychological coach is accidental, and falling in love with it is inevitable.
I have read every case in the course several times. Behind every case, there is a lively, agile and uncertain life, so I am curious to see the needs of every "person". How did Professor Shi do it?
Different cases, different people, different things, different problems, direct access to the customer's heart, accurate empowerment, every problem is polished with vitality but not sharp, powerful and not hurtful, how did he do it?
Let everyone find their own resources and advantages, full of energy. Always looking at people, seeing the brilliance behind human nature, "seeing black and white in the shadow", how did he do it?
The process was wonderful, and the result was wonderful.
In 2020, the last issue of "3 1 Coach of Applied Psychology" started in Beijing as scheduled! We finally met Professor Shi's team of psychological coaches. Gentle and beautiful teachers, enthusiastic teacher Xue Mei, and teacher Chen Peng next door, the training team really doesn't like to do training, just like relatives get together to talk about their family. Everyone is the master, and everyone speaks freely.
How does Professor Shi manage such a training team? What have you experienced? Is there such a team?
Professor Shi said that inner coaches should learn, cultivate and even live. These teachers have almost done what psychological coaches should look like and become role models for our friends.
At the beginning of 20021,I was lucky enough to enter the study of "Dawn Project II".
Every time I take a class, I get a treasure and listen to it again and again. I want to explore every class the teacher talks about, which is almost obsessive. As long as it is the leisure time of work and life, all I think about is the course of psychological coach.
Why did the teacher say that?

At the beginning of class, I was always surprised by what the teacher said, whether it was this or that. I also want to listen to the replay of the four-hour course and spend my spare time studying again every day.
When I opened my eyes in the morning, I began to think of "unity of knowledge and action".
Sitting at the dining table, I think this dish is called "from the heart and reason" and that dish is called "to conscience".
I really forgot to eat and sleep during this time, and I didn't feel tired studying 12 at night. If I have a little time, I just want to listen to the recording, play it back and watch PPT.
Of course, Teacher Shi said that psychological coaches should "live out". I began to try to solve many things in life from the perspective of psychological coach, treating everyone in life as a "client", "customer-centered" and "heartfelt and rational" of psychological coach.
I think the communication with my daughter is smooth. When I really tried to use the skills of psychological coach, I found that I could empower my daughter more strongly.
When I was with my partner, I also began to use more psychological coaching skills, practice psychological coaching "Kung Fu" and meet more "people".
I think, at this moment, I am still in the field of psychological counseling, and I am still excited about new contacts, but I am a mature adult, and I deeply understand that it is valuable to keep excited and enthusiastic about learning. I also very much hope that I can see better myself in the study of future psychological coaches.
