Since * * years, according to the "Regulations on the Openness of Government Information in People's Republic of China (PRC)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") and the requirements of the municipal government, our district has further intensified the work of government information disclosure, mainly carrying out the following work:
(A) to strengthen organizational leadership
According to the adjustment of leadership division of labor, the district government affairs open leading group has been enriched and improved. The leader of the leading group is the executive deputy head of the district government, and the district government office, the district government supervision office, the district supervision bureau, the district development and reform commission and other departments are member units. The district government office specifically undertakes the daily work of the district government information disclosure. All departments, streets, towns and villages have set up leading groups for the openness of government affairs, defined the departments specifically responsible for the openness of government affairs, and formed a leading mechanism and working mechanism of "grasping the first level and implementing it layer by layer".

In accordance with the principle of "who provides, who reviews and who is responsible", the division of responsibilities, review procedures and accountability methods for confidentiality review are clarified to ensure the accuracy, authority, completeness and timeliness of public information.
(3) Strengthen carrier construction
On the basis of further adhering to and improving the open form of government affairs columns, we will conscientiously innovate new carriers and forms of government affairs disclosure in accordance with the principles of convenience, practicality and effectiveness, so as to make the open form of government affairs flexible and diverse. First, continue to improve the portal website of the district government, compile and publish the catalogue and guide of government information disclosure, actively guide district-level departments and towns to establish web pages, and solidly promote online government affairs disclosure. Second, adhere to the establishment of public telephones and public mailboxes, deal with problems and demands reflected by the public in a timely manner, and accept supervision by the masses. In the whole year, more than 8,200 public calls were answered, and more than 3,400 mailboxes were handled, with a response rate of 100%. The third is to make full use of the work platform of the administrative examination and approval hall, make it public by issuing service manuals, one-time notification forms, setting up online service windows, etc., and put the examination and approval operation of functional departments under the "sunshine", effectively preventing problems such as "black-box" operation and providing convenience for the masses to handle affairs.

According to the "Regulations", the units of information disclosure in our district government include: the administrative organs of this district, as well as public enterprises and institutions closely related to the interests of the people, such as education, medical and health care, family planning, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, environmental protection and public transportation. * * * Actively disclose more than 20,000 pieces of government information, covering all kinds of information closely related to people's production and life and economic and social development, such as institutional functions, administrative examination and approval and administrative law enforcement matters, policies and regulations, business work and key projects.

According to the principle of facilitating the people and benefiting the people and related classification standards, a column of government information disclosure was set up on the portal website of the district government. The government information generated by each unit that should be disclosed to the public in accordance with the regulations shall be uploaded to the portal website of the district government in a unified way, and scientifically classified and centralized for public access. At the same time, all towns and departments also arrange full-time (part-time) staff to maintain and manage the home page of the unit, collect and sort out all kinds of government information of the unit, and make it public on the Internet in time. The second is the public consultation room. The District Archives Bureau opened more than 0/000 volumes of files to the public, covering major measures to promote economic and social development, government administrative behavior norms, re-employment training for laid-off workers, subsistence allowances, cooperative medical care and other matters for public inspection. Third, through television, newspapers, work briefing, convenience manuals, public columns (walls) and other forms, timely disclosure of relevant information that needs to be widely known by the public.

All the two applications were accepted and answered in writing, and all of them were made public within the statutory time limit, achieving the publicity rate of 100%, effectively realizing the principle of publicity, with the exception of non-publicity.

Second, the progress of district departments and towns is not balanced enough, and the understanding of the importance of government information disclosure by individual units is still not in place. Third, the number of active publicity is small, the scope is narrow, and the depth and breadth are not enough. Fourth, the supervision mechanism of government information disclosure is not perfect, the inspection measures are not strong enough, and there are passive and lagging problems.
(2) Improvement measures
1. Improve the working mechanism. Further strengthen the construction of information disclosure institutions of district-level departments, streets and towns, enrich staff, strengthen work force, and ensure that government information disclosure staff are in place and their responsibilities are in place; Combined with the actual work, further revise and improve the catalogue and guide of government information disclosure, and establish a scientific and standardized classification system of government information; Constantly improve the relevant supporting systems such as assessment, supervision and evaluation of information disclosure, and promote the standardization and institutionalization of government information disclosure.

Further play the role of the government website as the first platform, integrate website resources, improve website functions, strengthen the construction of government information disclosure columns, strengthen the responsibility of updating and maintaining, upgrade search engines, and facilitate public inquiry and retrieval.

The first is to strengthen organizational leadership.
