Application process
1. Online declaration.
The employing unit logs into Wenzhou Talent Cloud Platform-Wenzhou Talent Housing Integrated Information Management Platform, fills in the information of the unit and the applicant according to the prompts, uploads the scanned copies of the following five types of materials, affixes the seal of the unit and signs by the person in charge:
(1) Personal and spouse ID cards (passports);
(2) talent qualification certification materials;
(3) Proof materials such as full-time employment contract for talents, social endowment insurance (or individual tax) issued by the employer;
(4) the employer's business license or enterprise legal person registration certificate and other supporting materials;
(5) marital status materials;
(6) the employer's corporate income tax and value-added tax payment certificate for the past six months.
The scope of municipal acceptance is universities, municipal units and municipal enterprises (the tax subject is at the municipal level); Counties (cities, districts) receive units within their respective jurisdictions; In principle, the affiliation of an enterprise is determined by the place of registration. If the place of registration is different from the main place of tax payment, the main place of tax payment shall prevail. See Annex 4 for the telephone number.
2. Qualification examination.
The talent qualification shall be reviewed by the talent office in conjunction with human resources and social security, science and technology, education, health and family planning and other relevant units, and the housing qualification shall be reviewed by the housing construction department in conjunction with relevant departments. The list of talents who have passed the talent qualification examination and housing qualification examination will be publicized in Wenzhou talent cloud platform and within the unit, and the qualification publicity time will be 5 working days.
3. Make and distribute the plan.
The housing construction department shall formulate the housing allocation plan according to the housing situation and the number of qualified talents. According to the housing allocation plan, the announcement of house selection by lottery was published on Wenzhou talent cloud platform, and the house selection method, address, quantity, area and purchase price of the first batch of talent housing projects were announced.
4. Shake the number to choose a house.
For those who have passed the talent qualification and housing qualification examination, they will be announced to the designated place according to the housing allocation, and the houses will be selected from high to low according to the talent level. First, it will be shaken to the serial number, and then the rooms will be selected according to the serial number.
5. Publicize, sign contracts and handle relevant documents.
