Ordinary ticketing supports booking within three natural months, and express ticketing (full deposit) does not support booking.

Prompt acceptance and prompt receipt can be automatically prompted in "Convenient Settings for Electronic Bills", that is, after the drawer issues the bill and PBOC reviews and returns the bill number, the system will automatically send the prompt acceptance instruction instead of the drawer; After the acceptor accepts and confirms, the system will automatically send a collection instruction instead of the drawer.
2. The ticket handling personnel can withdraw the ticket issuing application "to be authorized or reserved", the withdrawn application will be deleted, and the handling personnel can re-initiate the application; The ticket handling personnel can withdraw the application for presentment for acceptance or presentment for collection that is "to be authorized or issued but not signed by the other party", and the withdrawn application will be deleted, and the handling personnel can re-initiate the application; The drawer can withdraw the electronic commercial bill after presenting the receipt of the bill and before the payee confirms the receipt of the bill, and the bill will become invalid after withdrawal.
