Collective households in Foshan can join neighborhood committees as long as they meet the following requirements:
1) Your household registration is in Foshan, but there is no real estate under your name to hang in the neighborhood committee.
2) You have a bachelor's degree certificate, work in a public institution in Foshan, and have signed a contract. You can introduce talents and hang your household registration in the neighborhood committee.
3) If you have bought social security and residence permit for more than 2 years in Foshan and have a formal work unit, you can also apply to hang your household registration in the neighborhood committee.
