According to the relevant work arrangements, on the basis of voluntary declaration by cities, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology identified Chongqing, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Nanjing, Jinan, Chengdu, Hefei, Cangzhou, Wuhu and Zibo as the second batch of pilot cities for the coordinated development of smart city infrastructure and intelligent networked vehicles.
All pilot cities are requested to formulate and improve the pilot work plan in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the Pilot Work of Collaborative Development of Smart City Infrastructure and Intelligent Networked Vehicles (J.H. [2020] No.594), and report it to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the record after the approval of experts. Pilot cities should establish and improve the overall coordination mechanism, implement financial and other safeguard measures, ensure the effectiveness of the pilot work, and form a replicable and scalable experience. Provincial housing and urban and rural construction, industry and information technology and other relevant departments should increase guidance and support for pilot cities.
In order to strengthen the supervision and guidance of the pilot cities, do a good job in consulting services, track and master the progress of the pilot work, and sum up the work experience that can be replicated and popularized, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly established the Pilot Office for the Collaborative Development of Smart City Infrastructure and Intelligent Networked Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the Shuangzhi Pilot Office). Each pilot city is requested to determine the work contact person of 1 and report it to Shuangzhi Pilot Office, communicate with Shuangzhi Pilot Office in time about the situation and problems in the pilot, and continue to pay attention to the follow-up development.
