Application conditions:
According to Article 11 of the Interim Provisions on the System of Registered Fire Engineers, people and citizens of China who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics and meet one of the registration conditions for the qualification examination of registered fire engineers can apply for the qualification examination of registered fire engineers at the corresponding level.
According to Article 12 of the Interim Provisions on the Registered Fire Engineer System, the registration conditions for the first-class registered fire engineer qualification examination are as follows:
(a) to obtain a college degree in fire engineering, working for 6 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a college degree in fire engineering related major (see the old and new comparison table of fire engineering related major, the same below), and have worked for 7 years, including 5 years in fire safety technology.
(two) to obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in fire engineering, and to have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a bachelor's degree in fire engineering related major, and have worked for 5 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology.
(3) Having obtained a double bachelor's degree in fire engineering or graduated from a postgraduate class, and having worked for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology; Or graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in fire engineering, and worked for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology.
(four) to obtain a master's degree or postgraduate degree in fire engineering, and to have worked for 2 years, of which 1 year has been engaged in fire safety technology; Or obtain a master's degree or postgraduate degree in fire engineering, and have worked for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology.
(five) to obtain a doctorate or degree in fire engineering, engaged in fire safety technology for 1 year; Or obtain a doctorate or degree in fire engineering and have been engaged in fire safety technology for 2 years.
(6) Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in other majors will have their working years and working years in fire safety technology increased by 1 year.
Description of registration conditions
(a) the scope of fire safety technical work
Fire safety technical work includes: fire technical consultation and fire safety assessment, fire safety management and fire technical training, fire facilities maintenance and inspection, fire safety monitoring and inspection, fire accident technical analysis and other fire technical work.
(2) Calculation method of working years
The working years and working years of fire safety technology can be accumulated, and the calculation deadline is 65438+February 3 1 in the year of examination.
(three) the specific requirements of academic qualifications and degree conditions
College degree or above and bachelor degree or above, including those obtained through general higher education, adult higher education, open education of RTVU, online distance education and self-study examination of higher education, as well as those recognized by other countries.
Exemption condition
According to the provisions of Article 6 of the Implementation Measures for the Qualification Examination of Registered Fire Engineers, those who meet the registration conditions for the qualification examination of first-class registered fire engineers in the Interim Provisions and meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from taking the examination of fire safety technology practice subjects and only take the examination of fire safety technology comprehensive ability and fire safety case analysis.
(a) before 20 1 1, 12, 3 1, evaluate and hire senior engineers for technical positions;
(two) to obtain the qualification certificate of registered architect through the national unified examination, or the qualification certificate of registered engineer in various fields of survey and design.
Those who have participated in the above-mentioned subject examinations for two consecutive examination years and passed the examinations can obtain the first-class registered fire engineer qualification certificate.
