Vanke Group was established in May, 1984. At present, it is the largest professional residential development enterprise in China. Vanke 1998 entered the housing industry, and 1993 determined that mass housing development was the core business of the company.
In 2006, Vanke Group's business covered more than 20 cities in China's Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Bohai Economic Circle. Up to now, Vanke has provided housing for more than 90,000 families in Yongting, China.
