Changning to Lianzhou expressway is under planning. According to the investigation of Yongzhou Municipal People's Government, as of March 30, 2023, the construction of the project from Changning to Lianzhou expressway in Guangdong Province is of great significance to improving the regional road network structure, promoting the development of tourism, minerals, water conservancy, agriculture and forestry resources in counties and cities along the line, promoting the economic development of southern Hunan and improving the production and living conditions of the people. Twenty-eight delegates, including Li and others, put forward suggestions on the planning and construction of Changning-Lianzhou expressway.
