3, undertake the auxiliary and transactional work of human resources market development and management in this Municipality, and undertake the specific organization and coordination of large-scale public welfare talent service activities;
4 to undertake the auxiliary and transactional work of the construction of human resources public service system and the standardization and informatization of public services in this Municipality;
5. Responsible for the specific implementation of policies and measures related to the development of outstanding talents in this Municipality, and undertake specific affairs and services such as the construction of high-level talent teams and postdoctoral management in this Municipality;
6, undertake the specific work of the city's civil service education and training, professional and technical personnel continuing education, human resources and social security system staff job training;
7, to carry out the evaluation service of personnel selection in government agencies and institutions and the specific implementation of high-level professional and technical personnel selection;
8, to carry out education, management and services for mobile party member.
Legal basis: Provisional Regulations on Human Resources Market Article 1 In order to regulate human resources market activities, promote the rational flow and optimal allocation of human resources, and promote employment and entrepreneurship, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the Employment Promotion Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws.
Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to job hunting, recruitment and human resources services conducted through the human resources market in People's Republic of China (PRC).
Where laws, administrative regulations and the State Council have other provisions on job hunting, recruitment and human resources services, those provisions shall prevail.
Article 3 The principles of legality, fairness, honesty and credibility shall be followed in job hunting, recruitment and provision of human resources services through the human resources market.
Article 4 The administrative department of human resources and social security of the State Council is responsible for the overall planning and comprehensive management of the national human resources market.
