1. First, log in to the invoicing software, select "Invoice Management, Positive Invoice Filling", and select "Motor Vehicle Type" in the pop-up invoice filling window.
2. Second, enter the buyer information.
3. Then fill in the billing information, including the invoiced goods and the invoiced amount.
4. After the final review. Click "Publish". Complete the invoice issuance.
