First, the exam settings
The first-class constructor qualification examination consists of four subjects: construction engineering economics (objective questions), construction engineering regulations and related knowledge (objective questions), construction engineering project management (objective questions) and professional engineering management and practice (subjective and objective mixed questions). Those who take four exams (with the level of unified examination) must pass all subjects in two consecutive exam years, and those who take two exams (with the level of exemption from examination) must pass the corresponding subjects in 1 exam year before obtaining the qualification certificate; Those who take the 1 subject examination (whose level is added to the major) can only register after obtaining the first-class construction engineer's qualification certificate, and can only obtain the achievement certificate after passing the examination subject, which will be used as the basis for increasing the professional category when registering.

Second, the registration institution and the examination area setting
In order to help prevent and control the epidemic and reduce the flow of people, the nearest registration is implemented. The examination registration is subject to localized management. Only those who are currently working or living in Hubei Province can sign up for the exam in Hubei Province.
The registration and certification of this examination shall be subject to the notification commitment system. The applicant must read the application notes carefully and sign the Notice of Application Commitment System (electronic version) by himself. No one may sign the Notice of Application for Commitment System on behalf of others. In order to better carry out the examination under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control work, first-class construction engineer qualification examination areas were set up in Wuhan, Huangshi, Shiyan, Yichang, Xiangyang, Ezhou, Jingmen, Huanggang, Xiaogan, Jingzhou, Enshi and provincial examination areas.

In order to further clarify the academic qualifications and professional requirements for applying for the first-level constructor qualification examination, the relevant departments of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development have compiled a new version of the professional comparison table according to the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities (versions 1998, 20 12 and 2023) and the original professional comparison table of the Ministry of Education. Since 2022, those who apply for the first-level constructor qualification examination for the first time will choose to apply for the major with reference to the contents of the new professional comparison table; Candidates who apply for the first-level constructor qualification examination before 2022 and whose results are valid during the rolling period can still choose to apply for this major with reference to the contents of the original professional comparison table.
(2) the conditions for applying for "No Test 2".
Those who meet the requirements of "unified examination" and have obtained the qualification certificate of first-class project manager of construction enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction before February 3, 2003, and meet one of the following conditions, are exempted from taking the two subjects of "Construction Engineering Economics" and "Construction Engineering Project Management", and only participate in "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" and "Professional Engineering Operation and Management".

(3) Applicants who do not apply the notification commitment system fill in the registration information and verify it online, and then upload the required materials for online manual verification as required.
10. The registration verification process for notifying and promising personnel to apply for withdrawal is applicable.
After the applicant makes a promise, he can withdraw his promise before the registration deadline and upload relevant materials for online manual verification as required; If the applicant withdraws his promise, the notification commitment system will no longer be applicable in this year's exam.
(4) The scope of online manual verification:

(5) Online payment.
After passing the qualification verification, the applicant shall pay the internet fee within the specified time. Failure to pay the examination fee within the specified time shall be deemed as automatic waiver of examination registration.
Second, matters needing attention in registration
The name and ID number information in the 1. registration database cannot be changed. Please check it carefully when you register, and it is accurate.
2. The mobile phone number submitted by the user when registering is unique in the registration database. Please fill in your real and valid mobile phone number; If the mobile phone number changes, please update it in time.
3. Before the review, the applicant can cancel the confirmation and modify other registration information by himself.
4. After the applicants modify the registration level before paying the fee, they need to conduct qualification examination according to the new candidates.
5. After the payment is successful, the applicant shall not modify the registration information such as registration point, registration level and registration subject. 7.
