2. Enter sub-account management-monitoring inquiry-chat record, enter the full name and time of the account to be inquired, and then click to view the chat record of the account with the buyer in the store (last 3 months).
3. Log in to Niu Qian and open the chat window of the other party. Click "View Message Record"-"Open Message Manager" in the lower right corner to view the chat records of this account and other accounts. The master account enters the sub-account management-employee management. Click "Modify Basic Information" after finding the sub-account, and check "* * * Enjoy the team chat record" and "* * * Enjoy the chat record of this account" to save.
4. Log in to Niu Qian, enter the buyer's account number in the search box of the dialog box, and click View Message Record in the lower right corner of the chat box.
