Why did Jingzhou separate Tianmen from Xiantao Qianjiang?

This is the idea of the province. The jurisdiction of Jingzhou is too large, and there is not enough jurisdiction and support for some places, which limits the development of those places. Therefore, Tianmen, Xiantao and Qianjiang, which were separated from several counties, were originally planned to be merged into Jianghan City.
