Located in the northeast of Chaoyang District. East from Sanchahe, west to Beigangzi, north to Beimafang to Xinjie Village. Dongba, namely Zhengcun Dam, is one of the seven dams of Futong River (now Bahe River) in Yuan Dynasty. The archaeological record of Lucheng contains: "There is Ande Township twenty miles northwest of Tongzhou, named Bashang, commonly known as Beiba, and everyone calls Dongba, namely Zhengcun Dam." The name of Dongba is self-evident for twenty-one years (1593), and it is still in use today. According to the Ming History, in the first year of Wen Jian (1399), Judy, the prince of Yan, launched the "Battle of Jingnan". In December, she fought fiercely with Ming Huidi and sent Li Jinglong's troops here, breaking Li Jun's seventh battalion and lifting the siege of Peiping. In this battle, Judy's Qingqi Mountain Horse made great contributions to the rescue, and Ming built the Horse Temple. Its site is located on the mound beside the north gate of the village. The Royal Horse Park in Ming Dynasty is located here. According to legend, the lion dance at the north gate of Dongba, Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, was the "ancestor of Jinzhong" and was the first of the thirteen Tai lions in the capital of Qing Dynasty. A pair of preserved blue and yellow lions are now collected in the Capital Museum.
