I can check the real estate under my name. People are forbidden to walk around in our country. Only the judiciary and lawyers can inquire about the property under someone's name because of the need of handling cases. No one can inquire about other people's property (except the spouse's property after the marriage registration date).
If you need to check the authenticity, you can go to the real estate registration center with someone else's real estate license.
