(2) According to the requirements of our city's economic development strategy and economic system reform, put forward the objectives, measures and corresponding control countermeasures for regulating the overall price level, comprehensively use economic means, legal means and necessary administrative means to regulate prices, and maintain the basic stability of the overall price level in the whole region.
(three) according to the "People's Republic of China (PRC) price law", study and formulate normative documents and rules and regulations of local price management, and be responsible for organizing the implementation; Participate in the drafting of relevant laws and regulations; Reconsideration and adjudication of price appeal cases.

Responsible for or assisting relevant departments, industries and enterprises to solve price problems such as anti-dumping, anti-monopoly and anti-discrimination in trade disputes, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of operators and consumers.
