After-sales maintenance commitment
1. This clause only applies to LED display products distributed by Zhongxiang Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., and also applies to products sold by Zhongxiang Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. through its branches or authorized agents.
2. The main screen and control system of the product shall be guaranteed free of charge within two years from the date of purchase, maintained for life and provided with technical guidance.
3. During the project installation, the company is responsible for providing technical training to customers, including specific product operation, general troubleshooting and maintenance.
4. During the warranty period, the company or its branches or authorized agents will come to maintain the main screen and control system once every six months, and the expenses arising from replacing parts in the process will be borne by the manufacturer. During this period, if there are any product upgrades or new technologies, it is necessary to disclose and train customers.
5. During the warranty period, Zhongxiang Innovation Technology will be responsible for repairing or replacing the products, accessories or other parts sent for repair. Parts and labor replaced during maintenance shall be borne by the manufacturer. All parts, circuit boards or equipment replaced during maintenance will be taken back by Zhongxiang Innovation Technology. Customers can refer to maintenance technology and treatment methods.
6. Customers who need maintenance services must provide purchase invoices or vouchers or contracts, or other materials that can fully prove the date and place of purchase. For our company or authorized agents to inquire.
7. Under the following circumstances, Zhongxiang Innovation Technology will not provide free warranty service for products and their accessories:
A) The main screen or control system of the product is damaged due to abnormal or incorrect use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, unauthorized disassembly or modification, accidents and improper installation.
B) Damage caused by the connection of the mainframe and accessories of this product with equipment not provided or designated by Zhongxiang Innovation Technology, or with accessories unsuitable for connection with this product and accessories used for other purposes.
C) The power supply is connected reversely, the voltage is too high, or there is obvious man-made damage to the product host and accessories.
D) For the above situation, if maintenance services are required from Zhongxiang Innovation Technology, the customer shall bear the maintenance costs and labor costs.
8. If the product or accessories have exceeded the warranty period or are not within the warranty period, we will charge you related maintenance fees according to the maintenance service policy of Zhongxiang Innovation Technology. Before charging, our customer service center will contact you to confirm charging.
9. Special statement:
A) Please keep the contract certificate or invoice after purchasing our products.
B) The company promises that if the product fails, it will respond within 2 hours after receiving the notice if it needs on-site maintenance, and send someone to the scene to troubleshoot within 6 hours.
C) If the project quality and commitment can't meet the contract requirements, the company is willing to bear legal responsibilities and compensate economic losses.
D) Zhongxiang Innovation Technology reserves the right to interpret and modify this clause.
E) R&D and production conditions of the display screen. After the implementation of the project, it can not only meet the demand of Zhongxiang technology for display screen, but also bring huge economic benefits to Zhongxiang innovation technology. At the same time, it will also produce good social benefits in expanding the market, promoting employment and promoting the development of related industries. Therefore, this project is feasible.
