Recently, the local cluster epidemic in China has the characteristics of many points, wide areas and multiple occurrences. In order to actively respond to the current grim situation, improve the level of emergency preparedness in our province, and enhance the emergency response capabilities at all levels, our province will carry out actual combat drills for epidemic prevention and control in batches from March 19 to March 29. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Time and scope of the exercise
Exercise time: March1September-March 29th;
Scope of the drill: Except Jiaozuo, Puyang and Shangqiu, where local epidemics have occurred recently, other provincial cities and Jiyuan demonstration area.
1 round: Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Zhumadian, from 8: 00 on March 19 to 8: 00 on March 20;
The second round: Hebi City, Luohe City, Sanmenxia City and Nanyang City, from 8: 00 on March 22 to 8: 00 on March 23;
The third round: from 8: 00 on March 25th to 8: 00 on March 26th, in Luoyang, Pingdingshan, Anyang, Xuchang and Zhoukou;
The fourth round: Xinxiang City, Xinyang City and Jiyuan Demonstration Zone, from 8: 00 on March 28th to 8: 00 on March 29th.
Second, the content of the exercise
Several cases of initial screening positive cases were found through fever clinic screening in simulated provincial cities and Jiyuan demonstration area, and the diagnosis was re-examined. Within 24 hours, the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters quickly completed the emergency treatment of key links such as flat command mechanism, epidemiological investigation, nucleic acid detection, isolation control of risk personnel, case transfer and treatment, social control and external information release.
Third, matters needing attention
During the drill, the closed measures taken in some areas may temporarily affect the life and traffic of some people, and normal production and living order will be restored after the drill. Please understand and cooperate. Relevant units and individuals in the exercise area should actively cooperate with the requirements of territorial epidemic prevention and control exercises and consciously maintain the exercise order.
During the drill, the masses do not need to be nervous and panic, do not stay around and gather, do not take photos and videos, do not forward the relevant content of the drill site at will on online social media, and do not spread rumors. Those who spread false content and rumors will be held accountable according to law.
