Yancheng institutions unified open recruitment announcement in 2023?

In order to supplement the staff of public institutions in time and optimize the personnel structure, according to the spirit of the Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Jiangsu Province (Su Ban Fa [2020] No.9), after research, it is decided to build a platform for the public recruitment of 480 staff in some public institutions in Yancheng City and related counties (cities, districts) to provide services.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment positions

For details of recruitment positions and conditions, please refer to the attachment "Table of Unified and Open Recruitment Positions for Institutions in Yancheng City in 2023" (hereinafter referred to as "Recruitment Positions Table"), which can be posted on the portal website of Yancheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (/jsychrss.yancheng.gov.cn), and candidates can query by ID number and admission ticket number.

(3) Interview

1. Identify the interviewer.

After the unified written examination, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will study and determine the minimum qualified scores for each position.

According to the order of written test scores from high to low and the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position, the interview candidates are determined within the range of 1: 3 among those who pass the written test (including those with the last score), and those who are less than 1: 3 are determined according to the actual number.

Applicants within the above-mentioned scope, as well as other top-ranking personnel, should keep their contact information open after the results are announced, so that the competent recruitment department (unit) can notify the qualification review or make up the record. Those who fail to contact or participate in the qualification review according to the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

2. Qualification examination.

The recruitment department (unit) or the human resources department of the county (city, district) organization shall organize the qualification examination of the interviewers before the interview. If there are vacancies due to the failure of re-examination, candidates who have passed the written test for the same position will be replenished from high score to low score to participate in the qualification review.

The list of qualified personnel will be published on the portal website of Yancheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the websites of counties (cities, districts) governments.

Those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview.

If you have any objection to the results of the qualification review, you can make a statement and defense to the competent recruitment department (unit) responsible for the qualification review within 3 working days after receiving the notice of the review results.

3. Interview.

Inform candidates of the interview results on the spot.

If there is no competitive position in the interview, the passing score of the interview is 60% of the total interview score; For competitive positions, the score passed in the interview is 50% of the total interview score.

(D) Total score calculation method

The total score is calculated by the percentage system, with 40% of the written test scores and 60% of the interview scores for the two positions with post codes of 254 and 255, and 50% of the written test scores and interview scores for other positions.

Fourth, registration arrangements.

(1) Registration method and time

Registration is done online.

Registration, photo uploading, qualification preliminary examination and payment confirmation are carried out simultaneously through the network.

2. Candidates who pass the preliminary examination must use a bank card with online payment function and pay the registration fee 100 yuan online.

3. Those who have passed the preliminary examination and completed the payment confirmation are registered successfully.

After the payment is successful, the registration fee will not be refunded (except for the family members whose positions have been cancelled or who meet the requirements).

4. Failure to confirm the registration qualification on time, upload photos or pay the registration fee online is deemed invalid.

Registration service will no longer be provided after the deadline.

(3) Print the admission ticket

(4) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants must fill in the relevant information truthfully, accurately and completely according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.

2. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.

Unless otherwise stipulated in this announcement or otherwise stipulated by the state and province, the authenticity of the information shall be subject to the actual situation at the time of registration.

Before the interview, the qualification of those who enter the interview shall be examined.

3. The ratio of written examination for recruitment positions is 1: 3.

If the proportion of the examination is not reached, the recruitment position will be reduced or cancelled.

Successful applicants whose positions have been cancelled can log on to the registration website at 9: 00- 12: 00 on March 8, 2023 and report other qualified positions.

4. Each person can only choose one position to register.

After passing the preliminary examination, the registration information shall not be changed.

Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.

Applicants must use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.

5. In any of the following circumstances, please don't apply:

① Servicemen or non-2023 graduates from ordinary institutions of higher learning with national education sequence;

(II) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, close in-laws and other relations with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and auditing finance of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;

The publicity contents include the recruitment unit, job title, the name of the person to be hired, education, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.

After the list of candidates to be hired is publicized, if the candidates give up their employment qualifications without justifiable reasons, the recruiting unit or the competent recruitment department may cancel their qualification to apply for the unit or department again within 1 year after the list is publicized.

If there is no objection to the publicity, the recruiting unit shall, in accordance with the personnel management authority, file with the comprehensive personnel management department of the institution and go through the relevant formalities, and sign an employment contract with the personnel to be hired according to the regulations. The employment period is generally not less than 3 years, and the probation period is agreed.

If the person to be hired has entered into an employment contract with the recruiting unit for more than 3 years (including the probation period), he shall have served in the recruiting unit for at least 3 years (including the probation period) in addition to dissolving the employment contract in accordance with the law.

Those who have completed the probation period will be appointed and graded; Those who fail to meet the requirements will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.
