4. Graduates of Hubei Talent Center (Hubei Talent Market) Personnel Agency (Household Registration Trust) Program (1) hold employment agreements and go to the employer (must be the work unit in Wuhan) to affix their seals. (2) To Hubei Talent Center, affix the special seal for receiving by the superior competent department of the employing unit. If the contract is signed by a state-owned enterprise or institution, the employer shall issue the original and photocopy of the certificate that the household registration and personnel files are not accepted. (3) Graduates will submit the sealed employment agreement to the Graduate Office of the Department to prepare the employment plan. (4) Graduates shall report to Hubei Talent Center with their registration cards, student collective permanent population registration forms or household registration certificates, one-inch registration photos, copies of graduation certificates, ID cards, employment agreements or labor contracts, and employment service cards.
