Clinically, uterine fibroids have symptoms such as uterine bleeding, breast swelling pain, dull pain in the lower abdomen, oppression of adjacent organs, increased leucorrhea, infertility, feeling of anal heaving, increased or dripping menstrual flow, waist pain, pigmentation or chloasma on the face, black eyes, sallow and emaciated, anemia and so on.
About 25% ~ 35% of patients with hysteromyoma are infertile. The reason may be that the myoma prevents the fertilized egg from implanting, or it may be that the uterine cavity is deformed, blocking the entrance of the fallopian tube, so that sperm cannot enter the fallopian tube, and sperm and eggs cannot combine.
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that hysteromyoma belongs to the category of "abdominal mass", and the most common type in clinic is qi stagnation and blood stasis. The principle of treatment is to promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, soften hard mass, strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors.
If the myoma is large and the size of a single myoma exceeds 5 cm, it is best to treat it surgically.
For those under 5 cm who have fertility requirements, it is best to treat them with traditional Chinese medicine, generally 3 months is a course of treatment. If the myoma is small, the myoma of 1-2 cm can be effective after 2 courses of treatment.
Be careful to eat spicy food.
