2. Other conditions that should be met according to relevant regulations:
(1) When renting a house, you should sign a house lease contract with the property owner or the house business unit, issue a house lease registration certificate or rent invoice, and indicate the monthly rent amount, lease term and other terms.
(2) Graduates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should obtain employment certificates in Nanjing.

Second, the subsidy standard and duration
Doctor is 2000 yuan per month, master is in 800 yuan every month, and bachelor (including senior engineer and above) is in 600 yuan every month (if the actual rent is lower than the subsidy standard, it will be subsidized according to the actual rent).
