Accounting for death treatment of retirees
First, the handling process:
(a) after the death of the retirees of the insured enterprises, the units shall handle the death treatment procedures in time. If you can't prepare the application materials in time, you should first apply to the treatment department in writing or by telephone to stop issuing the basic pension for the deceased. (two) after the application materials are complete, the unit shall submit an application for death treatment to the treatment department. (3) If the handling personnel review the application materials in line with the requirements and the procedures are complete, the funeral subsidy and one-time pension will be calculated according to the relevant regulations, and the death treatment will be determined after being reviewed by the auditor and signed by the deputy director, and will be distributed next month. (four) incomplete procedures, the handling personnel will return all the application materials, and inform all the materials that need to be supplemented at one time, and then go to the treatment department after the materials are complete. (five) do not meet the conditions for handling, inform the reasons for not handling. And return all application materials.
Second, the application materials:
Fill in the Application Form for Retirees' Death Treatment and the Calculation Form for Retirees' Death Treatment, and provide the following original 1 copy 1 copy as required: (1) medical death certificate; Medical death certificate issued by the hospital where the retiree died; For retirees who live in remote areas or die at home, if their families are unable to provide medical death certificates, they must provide death certificates issued by village committees or neighborhood committees. (2) Certificate of cremation; If the household registration is in the cremation area, provide the cremation certificate issued by the local funeral institution; If the registered permanent residence is not in the cremation area, the certificate of non-cremation area issued by the Civil Affairs Bureau at or above the county (including county) where the registered permanent residence is located shall be provided. According to the provisions of the civil document [1999] 17, the taxi burial custom of Hui, Uygur and other 10 ethnic minorities should be respected. Retirees who belong to the above ethnic minorities shall provide the burial certificate issued by the local religious affairs Committee or the local civil affairs department after their death. (three) the cancellation certificate issued by the local police station; (4) the identity card of the donee;
3. Processing time: 5-25 days of each month is the processing time, holidays or other special circumstances. When adjusting the time, the notice shall prevail.
