What does the exhibition customer service do?

1) Responsible for the implementation of the passport, visa, air ticket, hotel, itinerary and other related matters of customers before going abroad for the exhibition;

2) Responsible for collecting relevant exhibition information and feeding it back to the project management personnel;

3) Coordinate and solve emergencies and customer needs before, during and after the exhibition;

4) Collect customer feedback information and convey it to the project management personnel in time and accurately.
