3. Real estate brokerage fee: different charging standards are implemented according to different agency projects. Agency fees for house leasing, regardless of the length of the lease, are charged according to the standard of transaction rent from half a month to January. The agency fee for house sales is charged at 0.5%-2.5% of the total transaction price. For exclusive agents, the charging standard may be appropriately increased, but it shall not exceed 3% of the transaction price.
