In the process of enrollment, the enrollment plans of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government with good students, sufficient volunteers and high admission scores may be appropriately adjusted with the consent of the leading group for enrollment in colleges and universities and the approval of the higher authorities. Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 9 The enrollment of colleges and universities follows the principles of fair competition, open selection and open procedures. To implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association; According to the candidates' wishes and college entrance examination results (art majors must pass the joint examination and unified examination of fine arts in their provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), they are comprehensively evaluated and selected. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all sectors of society.
Article 10 The admission of voluntary provinces follows the principle of voluntary priority, that is, the first candidate who wishes to apply for Tianjin Land Resources and Housing Vocational College will be admitted from high score to low score according to the voluntary order of the colleges reported by the candidates. Only when the number of first-choice applicants in the same batch of minimum control lines announced by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government is less than the enrollment plan, will the second-choice candidates be admitted to Tianjin Land Resources and Housing Vocational College, and so on. In the provinces where parallel volunteer is implemented, the admission rules shall be subject to the provisions of the local provincial admissions department.

Article 12 Admission of candidates with policy bonus points shall be implemented in accordance with the principles stipulated by the Ministry of Education.
Thirteenth under the same conditions, priority is given to candidates who have won the honorary titles of provincial (city) level outstanding students, outstanding student cadres, and three good students; Secondly, literature and history compare Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics in turn; In science and engineering, the scores of mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese are compared in turn, and the higher one is preferred (if the candidate's province has relevant regulations, the requirements of the province will be implemented). Jiangsu candidates with the same scores will be given priority in the academic level test. When the total scores of "counterpart enrollment batches" in Gansu Province are the same, the scores of "cultural comprehensive quality test", "professional basic knowledge test" and "professional skill level test" are compared in turn, and the best candidates are selected. If there are relevant regulations in the province where the candidates are located, they shall be implemented according to the recruitment requirements of the province.
Article 14 Art (Fine Arts) Admission Rules. According to the requirements of the admissions departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, candidates are admitted according to the admission principles of the art (fine arts) majors of the admissions departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government on the basis that the scores of the cultural courses in the college entrance examination reach the control line of the college entrance examination in this province, and the autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and their scores are qualified in the joint or unified examination. If the admissions departments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located have no clear requirements for the admission of art (fine arts) majors, they will be admitted according to the sum of the results of the college entrance examination and the results of the joint entrance examination or the unified examination. If there are candidates with the same score, priority will be given to those with higher scores in professional courses. If the scores of professional courses are still the same, they will be admitted according to the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages from high to low.
Fifteenth candidates in Tianjin, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Tianjin Admissions Committee, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, take the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in the general college entrance examination as the main admission basis, and refer to the scores of the ordinary high school academic level examination and comprehensive quality evaluation. If the candidates' scores are the same, compare the scores of Chinese and mathematics in turn, and the one with the higher score is preferred.
Sixteenth Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hainan and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination related requirements:

2. Candidates from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hainan and other pilot provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) of college entrance examination reform must meet the requirements of our school. When the results of filing are the same, professional admission shall be conducted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Seventeenth in accordance with the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions, the physical health status of candidates is reviewed and rechecked. Article 18 All public foreign language courses for non-English majors in our college are taught in English, and public foreign language courses and related professional courses in our school do not meet the requirements for offering non-English languages. Candidates in minority languages should fill in the form carefully.
Nineteenth admitted candidates, after the approval of the relevant provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, send the admission notice, and the admission notice will be sent by express mail according to the mailing address on the candidate registration form.
Chapter V Follow-up Management
Twentieth freshmen according to the national enrollment regulations, with the admission notice to the school within the time limit prescribed by the school for admission procedures. According to the national policy, freshmen who are enlisted in the army should apply for retaining their admission qualifications within the time specified by the school. Freshmen who cannot report on time for some reason should ask for leave from the college and send a written fax to confirm. Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 25 These Articles of Association are only applicable to the higher vocational enrollment of Tianjin Institute of Land Resources and Housing in 2020.
Article 26 The Articles of Association has been reviewed and approved by the leading group for enrollment of Tianjin Land Resources and Housing Vocational College, and submitted to the higher authorities for approval.
Article 27 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. Tianjin Land Resources and Housing Vocational College's previous policies and regulations on higher vocational enrollment are inconsistent with the articles of association, which shall be abolished, and the articles of association shall prevail.
Twenty-eighth in the process of enrollment consultation, the opinions and suggestions of the consultants of Tianjin Vocational College of Land Resources and Housing are only used as a reference for candidates to fill in their volunteers, and are not part of the admission commitment of the college.
