How to set up the automatic reply of enterprise WeChat?

The setting method is to configure automatic reply rules for enterprises and notify each group owner to turn on the automatic reply function.

1. Configure automatic reply rules for enterprises: log in to the webpage with a computer, and click Customer Contact, Efficiency Tools and Automatic Reply to enter the configuration page. Click "New" to enter the automatic reply configuration page, fill in all fields and click "Save" to set it successfully. Click Settings to set the default reply and repeat reply rules.

2. Inform each group owner to start the automatic reply function: open the enterprise WeChat on the mobile phone, find the customer group that needs to set the automatic reply, and click the group setting, automatic reply and start in the upper right corner to start the function, and each customer group needs to be set separately. After opening, if keywords are involved, the customer assistants or service personnel in the group will get an automatic reply.
