1. Time limit for handling complaints:
According to the "Regulations on Labor Security Supervision", violations of labor security laws, regulations or rules will not be investigated if they are not discovered by relevant departments within 2 years.
2. Matters needing attention in complaint reporting:
When reporting a complaint, the laborer shall provide clear information about the employer and specific facts about illegal employment. The complaint shall be submitted by the complainant to the administrative department of labor and social security, and the complaint document shall contain the following items:
(a) the name, sex, age, occupation, work unit, domicile and contact information of the complainant, the name and domicile of the employer complained of, and the name and position of the legal representative or principal responsible person;
(two) the facts and complaints that the legitimate rights and interests of labor security have been violated. The complainant shall provide his own identification materials. Informants may not provide personal information, and even if they do, the relevant departments will be responsible for keeping it confidential.
