Annual report process of self-employment business

Process of annual report of individual industrial and commercial households:

1, log in to the national enterprise credit information publicity system;

2, choose the enterprise information to fill in the form and choose the location of the registration authority in the latest window;

3, in the new window, select the industrial and commercial liaison login or electronic business license login;

4. After logging in, select the annual report to fill in the new window and select the corresponding annual report year.

The annual report of individual industrial and commercial households includes the following contents:

1, implementation and change of registered items;

2. Qualifications obtained;

3. Production and operation;

4. Contact information of individual industrial and commercial households;

5. Other materials required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Individual industrial and commercial households refer to natural persons or families engaged in industrial and commercial business activities within the scope permitted by law and approved and registered in accordance with relevant regulations. If a single natural person applies for self-employment, it should be a natural person with working ability over 16 years old. When a family applies for self-employment, the individual who is the head of the family must have the ability to operate, and other family members may not all have the ability to operate. Individual industrial and commercial households enjoy legal property rights, including the right to possess, use, benefit and dispose of their own legal property, and enjoy various creditor's rights according to laws and contracts.

Legal basis: Interim Measures for the Annual Report of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households

Article 13 If an individual industrial and commercial household fails to submit its annual report in accordance with the provisions of these Measures, the administrative department for industry and commerce shall mark it as an abnormal state of operation within 10 working days from the end of the annual report of that year, and publicize it to the public through the enterprise credit information publicity system from 1 day of that year to June 30 of the following year.

Article 3 Individual industrial and commercial households shall submit the annual report of the previous year from June/KLOC-0 to June 30 every year through the enterprise credit information publicity system or directly to the administrative department for industry and commerce responsible for their registration.

Individual industrial and commercial households registered in the same year shall be submitted from the next year. Article 4 The administrative departments for industry and commerce of counties, autonomous counties, cities not divided into districts and municipal districts shall be responsible for the annual reports of individual industrial and commercial households registered by them.

The administrative departments for industry and commerce of counties, autonomous counties, cities not divided into districts and municipal districts may entrust the administrative offices for industry and commerce where individual industrial and commercial households are located to carry out the work related to their registered annual reports.
