Through investigation, this paper analyzes the thorny problems such as "lazy life, lack of goals and insufficient cohesion" among senior three students, and puts forward solutions one by one. He pointed out that as a counselor, we should pay attention to cultivating students' comprehensive quality, especially the ability to find and solve problems, cultivate students' rigorous learning attitude and autonomous learning ability, guide students to have a correct understanding of majors, cultivate students' good study and life habits, practice and practical ability, and improve students' personal quality. Finally, he put forward the ultimate goal of graduate counselors: "serve students for another 43 days and stand on the last shift."
