Upper limit of cumulative flight time of flight crew: no more than 900 hours/calendar year; It shall not exceed 100 hours/calendar month.
Flight duty days of aircrew: the duty time for seven consecutive calendar days shall not exceed 60 hours; In any calendar month, the duty time shall not exceed 2 10 hour.
Additional requirements:
1, not working in the prescribed rest area;
2, in any continuous 168 hours, arrange one or more flights, should arrange at least 48 hours of rest time;
3. Fly over the 6-hour time zone and arrange a rest time of at least 48 consecutive hours;
4. Ensure continuous rest time 10 hour, and stop working!
5. Make it clear that the rest period begins with arrival at the accommodation (hotel).
