Can I take a driver's license test in other places?

You can go to other places to get a driver's license. To apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time in a foreign country, an application form shall be filled in and the following documents shall be submitted:

1, the identity certificate of the applicant;

2. Physical condition certificate issued by medical institutions at or above the county level or regimental medical institutions. To apply for a small automatic passenger car for the disabled, a physical condition certificate issued by a specialized medical institution designated by the Provincial Health Department shall be submitted.

According to the second paragraph of Article 18 of the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License, a person who applies for a motor vehicle driving license can apply at his place of residence if he lives outside his domicile.
