(2) As the only communication center, data center, security center and basic environment support platform of the financial system in the whole region, the computer room of the Finance Department is the heart and center of financial work in Ningxia.
(3) In recent years, the financial informatization construction in Ningxia has developed rapidly, and all the financial core application systems have been put into operation. Especially with the comprehensive online operation of Ningxia financial integrated application system and platform, higher requirements are put forward for the security of financial data, the reliability of business operation and the availability of network system in Ningxia.
(4) If data loss occurs, it will affect the development of business and even paralyze the whole business. Therefore, it is a key link in the development of financial informatization in Ningxia to successfully complete disaster recovery in a limited time and build a disaster recovery backup center for remote data.
